The staff here are young but absolutely amazing. We’ve been visiting the Redland Bay store for years and all the staff are to be commended! Especially Sonny, who is professional, friendly and super quick! An absolute pleasure.
The subs are great, best subway in the area. The staff are kind and patient. The store is clean and inviting. Will definitely be going back.

Went in for a bacon and egg roll at the Redland Bay store, the girl working their came round from out the back and walked up to me. I said 'good morning' she turned around and went out the back, I never saw her again. I couldn't order so I gave my money to the bakery. Maybe the young lady was having a bad day I'm not sure.
When ordering was told that onion and pickles had run out. Asked to substitute with beetroot and told it’s an extra cost. Then asked what refund was on the onion and pickles. Was told no refund, but beetroot will be at an extra cost. Pricing is ridiculous, customer service and value is poor. Young workers have not been trained by mgt in common sense approach when dealing with customers.
