The server Nanee was a great host and excellent service!
Ordered a sandwich it was decent. I went to fill up a drink from the machine from my personal water bottle and the lady said “her manager said not to fill up drinks you have to buy it.” Just spent $20 on two subs and I cant even fill up my water bottle. What a greedy owner. All they care about is money apparently
I ordered 3 subs and they were missing ingredients and incorrectly filled (I.e. missing lettuce). I live close to the location, so I returned and ask them to add the missing elements, but flat out refused. All this happened within the span on 15 minutes including driving home and back to the restaurant. I didn't ask for a refund - I simply asked them to fix the order.
