The employee was rude. I had guests. I do not recommend this place
Disappointing service… You go in and it’s like no one works there I had to call out multiple times and wait around. I ordered online for the new Dorito nachos and chose the option remove jalapeños and he put it on. I told him I ordered without them and he said just remove them by hand. He could’ve re made the order. No customer service at all. This m&m cookie also has ONE m&m :(
I went to this Subway on May 9th around 5:10 PM for a tuna sandwich. The cashier charged me extra for “additional cheese” — even though I never asked for it and he didn’t add any. When I pointed it out, he lied and claimed I had agreed. I clearly hadn’t, and I saw he used only the regular amount. When he realized I caught him, he offered a free drink instead of refunding the extra charge. I later read reviews and saw similar stories from other customers — this is clearly a pattern.
