Amazing service
From the pre-cut bread just sitting there, to the absolute 3 day old meatballs that were rock hard and spat out!!!! Omg this place needs an upgrade of staff and food standards!!! Especially inside Chadstone shopping centre of all places... Wow.... Close the shop or meet the standard of food prep
Really disappointed in the customer service at this location; I have been here several times and everytime all of the girls who work there have a god awful attitude; actively scowling, rolling their eyes and whispering back and forth to each other between giggles. Further more none of them seem capable of listerning, they will rush you to give them all your salad choices all in one go, and then proceed to only put on half of the things you said, and when you try to mention the other forgotten salads, each one is met with an ... read more
The lady who served us was very miserable and any questions we asked were like it was the end of the world for her to answer. Don't reckon we will be back if that's the service.
Bought a six inch, has became over priced as I paid $12.40 for just that and a cookie. well however it was worth it, the taste was amazing.
