Absolutely terrible customer service at Subway Chadstone. I was served by a staff member with a darker complexion and unfortunately her attitude was extremely arrogant and condescending. She kept blabbering on, talking over me and behaving as though the customer was a fool for asking simple questions. i didn’t eat here because i saw the price and it was more than normal i think and im pretty sure raji wasn’t wearing gloves while making someone’s food

The front lady there is very rude and could use a smile and some customer service skills. They did not have sauces that other subways do. The chicken was dry and nearly burnt. The cookie was so hard and not soft like usual. Above all, the customer service could be a lot better.

Could you guys possibly help your staff figure out how sandwiches work? I asked for a tuna mayo with pickles and cucumbers. Tell me why I got a sandwich with FIFTEEN (15) pickles and three (3) slices of cucumbers. All I kept getting was mouthfuls of pickles and the juice from all of those pickles made the bread soggy I binned it after 3 bites. Fever dream type sandwich..
