I wanted to order the BOGO veggie patty footlong, and even though it was in stock, I was not allowed to select it with the veggie patty option. Additionally, when I requested zigzag sauce, it was refused due to food cost reasons.
Ramandeep was absolutely amazing! We stopped at this Subway on our way to Buffalo, and she went above and beyond. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to get such great service—she truly made our stop memorable!
