I had a great experience at Subway today thanks to Krish and Shobna! They were super friendly, patient, and made my order just the way I like it. Their customer service really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. Big thanks to both of them for making the experience excellent—I’ll definitely be coming back
I asked for it to be EXTRA toasted and if you look at my picture you will see that it looks slightly warmed at most. I chose to just accept the food. I am exhausted as far as arguing goes. Its just foood. She knows what she did. It was all about her and how she had to get me out of her face and return to her tasks in the back. Extremely selfish people being hired all over Ontario. Shame on this worker and shame on the owner.
20250806 - To start with, this is my go to subway which is great place to get your eats. However last week when i was there I was surprised to see a different owner. The gentleman preparing our eats was great again and very polite, and helpful at the same time, since i had an issue with logging into my app at the same time. However when it came time to pay, it showed up a TIP option and I wanted to pay the person preparing our eats, a tip, but when I asked if he receives the TIP, he said no, it all goes to the owner.
