The gentleman at the counter was very rude when I inquired for help because the machines were not working properly I was told oh well wait for it to work. My sub is subpar at best, I love subway and if I had a way to contact and complain better then here you best believe I would!
I had a really great experience at Subway today with HARREET AND DIVYAM! The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, without rushing me at all. What stood out the most was their positive attitude and willingness to help me.
Horrible experience - staffing was absolutely miserable. I ordered a sub via the kiosk - the guy made it wrong - toasted it when I specially asked for it not to be toasted. I told him he made it incorrectly - he said “I’m not remaking it - deal with it” - I didn’t even ask him to remake it? An absolute embarrassing display of customer service. Only reason people go here is because it’s convenient. The 1.4/5 stars tells the tale. Avoid if you can. Businesses like this don’t deserve to remain in business.
I've never seen anyone more rud in my life working in the service industry. Very disappointing this restaurant would be out of business if it weren't at an on route
