I placed online order. Clearly mentioned no Lettuce. Because their lettuce is so bad. My sandwich was full of Lettuce. And no chicken. Just took one bite and have to throw the rest. Called the restaurant, no one answered.
This has happened three times now, online order says ready but they keep taking walk in orders and pushing online order. If my order should be ready at a specific time then it should be. You should ask walk in customers to wait as there is an order before them. Crappy job does not help.
It was later in the evening and I just stopped by for a quick steak and cheese salad bowl. It was good but somehow it seems like the salads have less and less toppings for the money. It was tasty but seemed like not enough. This isn't just this location but an observation across all Subway's lately. The salad was fresh though and I enjoyed it nonetheless. The restaurant was clean and since it was later it was quiet.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Subway. After taking a few bites, I noticed visible mold on the sausage and the bread tasted stale and spoiled. I immediately stopped eating it. This is a serious food safety issue and honestly unacceptable for a restaurant chain. The staff did not handle the situation professionally, and the overall cleanliness of the location also seemed questionable. I won’t be returning
The lady manager, Gurbil, was very nice and friendly. She suggested some sauces for my sandwich, and they were really good. Her behavior and customer service were excellent. Would love to visit again!
