I usually enjoy visiting Subway for a quick and healthy meal, but today’s experience left me feeling really uncomfortable. While waiting for my order, I witnessed the owner treating employees in a disrespectful and harsh manner. The tone and words used were completely unnecessary, especially in front of customers. Umm actually🤓☝I went there at 1:10am and was told it’s closed when the website says 1:30. I am not happy about this and didn’t reach my protein goal for the day because of this.
Store is clean and the the sub was good. The girls were very polite and they were generous with the toppings.
Owner was yelling and quite aggressive when we asked for a cancellation for an order that wasn’t made yet. Spoke to a different restaurant and they said cancellation and refund is easily and quickly done with no hassle all the time. But the owner was adamant and aggressively rude when we had asked which was odd because our order hadn’t even started being made. Our previous experience was also bad so we won’t be coming here again…
