Amazing Service!
Wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered online and they messed up 2/3 of the subs. I had to go all the way back and request a change. They were so unbelievably rude and unhelpful. They only fixed one of the subs and the other one they mentioned they would only make another sub if it was paid for. Not only that, but when making the one and only sub that they did agree to correct, the worker messed it up again. Honestly such poor service at this Subway and will definitely not be returning after this.
Waited over 30 mins for food when ordered on the app. Employee made food for others even after I came in and had to sit down and wait longer. No apologies at all or common customer service practices. Owner is clueless on staffing on a weekend. I order from them at least once a month. I will be going to another location as these guys don't care. Food quality is also not as good. Lots of fake reviews too... just read them and its laughable. AVOID THIS LOCATION!
This is not the first time this Subway location has messed up our order, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating. We specifically ordered a different type of bread, but you gave us the wrong one. Even more concerning, lettuce was added to my sub even though I did not select it and clearly wrote in the order comments that I am allergic to lettuce.
