I just want to say thank you to the girl who served me around 9pm last night. Even though it was close to closing time, she was still very kind, friendly and had a great smile. The service was excellent, and the portion of meatballs she gave was generous. It really made my night after work — thank you for the lovely service!

I recently came to subway with my friend for lunch. This was my first time trying subway and I was extremely excited. The worker and the food were decent overall.
Worst Subway I've ever had! Long wait, messy fridge with many out of stock items, unclear what is available as no signage on fridge, unwiped benches, bad service, and the saddest sandwhich I've ever had.
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service. on 29/09/2025 15:10pm. I placed an online order for my children, but when I arrived at the store, the staff member told me there was no record of my order. A minute later, he located it, but instead of fulfilling it, he cancelled the order right in front of me without any explanation or prior notice.
