To the young lady working at lunch time on 25/10/25, you are amazing. You did an awesome job working on your own. To the manager, you get 1 star for not providing support for this staff member.
I ordered a cheesy garlic bread snack, and it basically fell apart and went through the toaster and they were willing to give me that one until I said can I have another one please, unacceptable. Then they took ages to remake it compared to how long it took originally, and with an attitude they slammed the oven shut and still gave me the disgusting looking food again! If I could leave zero stars, I would - and fyi I didn't even eat the food
Staff don’t want to serve as they busy in doing some cleaning stuff its close at 10 but he said i m doing cleaning thats why its closed at 9:30 ill go there around 9:35.
After the KIOSK implementation, the food quantity had been drastically dropped down and NOT worth buying sub anymore……too dry food and just worst food ever till date can say!
The young girl who served me today 08/10/2025 around 1145am, her customer service was nil, very rude , spoke to me like it was a problem that I was there, "what bread", " what cheese" " want it toasted" i was going to ask her if she was ok but she was so rude i didn't bother, after she served me i thanked her and said have a nice day , no response, I think you need to teach your workers some customer service, its not hard to be nice and goes alot further than being short and rude.
