If you coming here to get a salad, don’t expect to get much lettuce. Whether you getting a rice bowl or a salad with protein. They throw in 5 spinach leafs and barely any lettuce. I know times are rough but last time I checked iceberg lettuce is the cheapest. I mean, What’s the point of getting a salad with no lettuce in it lol. No more salads for me from this location!
I recently visited one of your locations for dinner and noticed that customers were not allowed to refill their soft drinks from the fountain machine. As i know that also works at Subway, I found this surprising, as fountain drinks are typically offered with unlimited refills at another location . I understand that policies may vary by location, but I would appreciate clarification on whether this is a standard practice or a store-specific policy. I had a really awful experience at this Subway location. First, the worker put just two slices of cheese on my sandwich, and when I asked for more, she said I’d be charged extra even though I’m already paying for the sub. Then, I was told I’m not allowed to refill my fountain cup, and if I wanted more, I’d have to pay again, which is ridiculous. The worst part was the discrimination I faced. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. From the moment I walked in, the staff, particularly one larger Indian woman behind the counter, was dismissive, impatient, and incredibly stingy with the ingredients. She barely put anything on my sandwich, as if she was doing me a favor.
