I stars, they don’t heat the bread when told too. Did-not even added veggies for veggie delight. Ridiculous. 0 stars. Don’t try this location.
I placed an order via the Subway app and reached the store as per the pick up time . The lady working at store started shouting at me that she has not received any order . Even after showing the email she said I can’t do anything as she hasn’t got the order. After 5 minutes of arguing and requesting her to check the POS system again , she found the order . No change in behaviour even after that . Sub prepared was below standards . Surely the staff needs basic lessons of customer service and POS handling .

I had a very disappointing experience on July 14 @ 12pm. I ordered a Veggie Delight sandwich, but the bread was unusually hard. When I politely asked for it to be remade, the employee, Palak, handled my tray with gloves but without washing her hands. She was directly contradicting my concern and insisted it was soft. I also requested a new bag of chips since she had already touched my tray, but she refused. When I calmly repeated my concerns, she began shouting at me in front of other customers. I have been coming to this location for several years and I am very happy with the consistently great quality of sandwiches, and how they are made as promptly as possible. Sunny, Dipen, Komal, and Jyoti are all very receptive, and know how I like my sandwiches made. I am thankful they are so nice to me, as they really are great workers. This here is a really great team! Keep up the great work.
