I noticed today. An delivery driver’s bag fell to the ground. An employee insulted him. But the delivery driver felt embarrassed and left.
The service was really good the subways where made neat and the gentleman serving me was very organised and good at what he dose.
Worst subway experience I ever had. The male server was extremely slow and incompetent. Messed up the order for three subs several times. By the time the female took over and completed the order, all three "toasted" subs were dead cold. Will never return to this store, it's been going downhill since the Indians took over.
