Best food ever
I accidentally placed my Subway order at the wrong location and immediately tried to cancel it, but they refused. I called the store around 20 times, but nobody picked up the phone. Later, the order status showed as “already picked up” even though I never received it. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. The manager’s handling of the situation was terrible — honestly makes you wonder how someone with this level of customer service got the manager position. Worst experience I’ve had with a Subway location.
The staff should be wearing hair nets and also ensure that the beard is covered especially if it is long. There was a hair in my sandwich.
Yesterday I ordered through the Subway app. When I went to pick up the order, the lady at the front was on her personal phone. My husband asked her where the order was, and she just pointed to the package and went inside without saying anything. I would suggest that if someone needs to be on their phone all the time, they should stay at home instead of being at work. I would appreciate it if you could keep staff who understand proper customer service and treat customers respectfully.
