Previously the food and service was a bit of a hit or miss but ever since the new owner has come into Subway Hampton Park I can feel that it’s life has come back into it! Subway Hampton Park is now in my weekly rotation- food is delicious and the portions are generous (previously this was my issue with subway), the new owner is very kind and lovely to talk to he really cared about his service and treats every customer with respect and kindness. Massive glow up, great food and great service!
I went there on Saturday to get my usual seafood sensation wrap, only to find that it's gone up from $6 to $8.90. I was shocked at the price hike, i can understand a price increase, but that is ridiculous.
Staff have no idea what they are doing. Terrible service. Very stingey amounts of everything put on subs even when asking for extra. wont be coming here again.

Absolutely terrible customer service every time, they don’t fail to disappoint you. One of the ladies which she covered her name with tape, has worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in subways. For the record 12/12/25 at 1:50pm. Shame that this is the only subway in HP.
