Terrible experience. I stood waiting at an empty counter for 15 minutes, calling out for help with absolutely no response. When the female employee finally showed up, she had zero customer service etiquette and didn't even bother to apologize. Having two staff members on shift and leaving the counter completely abandoned is unacceptable. Subway, you really need to take this matter seriously and address this staff behavior.
Manroop was so kind. Her service was fast and very kind nature. Highly recommended. Clean area and quiet atmosphere.
Placed an online order with a discount and it conveniently got cancelled just before I got to the restaurant for pick up. And they did not honor the same discount in store, wanting to charge the full amount without discount. Giving attitude instead of customer service. Plus, they are out of some ingredients and barely put any chicken in the sub
