Placed an online order with a discount and it conveniently got cancelled just before I got to the restaurant for pick up. And they did not honor the same discount in store, wanting to charge the full amount without discount. Giving attitude instead of customer service. Plus, they are out of some ingredients and barely put any chicken in the sub

I went to this Subway recently and it was good. The sandwich was made properly, ingredients looked fresh, and everything tasted as expected. It was a straightforward experience, exactly what you expect from Subway. They had some promotions available, which were nice, though nothing too special. The place was clean and the service was fine, staff were polite and prepared the order without any issues.
