Ordered a sub and 6 inches through subway app for delivery. I asked for the sandwiches to be toasted, grilled. Asked for specific toppings and sauces. They screwed up the whole order. When I called, I was told that the manager will not give any credit or refunds. Wants me to go back to the store to show them the sandwiches. Where is the bacon? Ordered 3 BLT subs and there was barely a strip of bacon on 12" subs. Is this the new Subway standard or is this issue isolated to this location?
Have eaten here a few times over the last decade. Today I'm giving this review because the McDonald's in the plaza would not let my son (3 years old ) use the washroom to poo as he was holding his bum. This subway I ran in and we were able to - I feel bad about the mess my shoes left on the mopped floor but hopefully the tip I left for the pop and cookies we purchased made up for it somewhat. Aside from that over the years food as been what one would expect from subway and the atmosphere is always clean. Will come back again... read more
