I had a great experience at Subway! The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and patient . My sandwich was made fresh right in front of me with plenty of toppings to pick from, and everything tasted really fresh and delicious. I also appreciated how quick the service was
Excellent customer service and great sub ever
I visited this Subway on and ordered a sandwich. I asked for extra sauce on the side, and was told I had to pay extra, even though I already purchased a sandwich. The staff member who served me was named Mehak. I felt this charge was unexpected and unfair. There was no clear explanation of the policy for side sauce. I hope the store clarifies their sauce policy so future customers aren’t surprised.
This is a long overdue review from my order from July 9th. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki footlong through the Subway app, selecting extra veggies, yet the sandwich had fewer than the standard amount. I was frustrated enough to call and complain, but the staff completely ignored my concerns and brushed it off with zero accountability, pathetic service. That just made the experience even worse.
