Chonce on the toppings
The boy working around 9:06 today had such a bad attitude, as if I was bothering him just by ordering food. He looked upset for no reason, even though it wasn’t busy… I was the only customer. I was polite and simply asked if he could add more spinach, but he told me it was rotten. If that’s the case, why was it out in the first place?
Extremely slow service
This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The staff clearly don’t care about customer service. They act like you’re bothering them when you ask for something. I asked for extra veggies, and not only did they ignore the request, but they pretended to add them and just stuffed the sandwich with lettuce instead. It feels like they’re cutting corners at every step — very cheap with ingredients and not worth the money at all. Order the foot-long combo and never received my bubbly try to go back in and get it, but they denied my request. Also staff very unfriendly.
