Extremely slow service
This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The staff clearly don’t care about customer service. They act like you’re bothering them when you ask for something. I asked for extra veggies, and not only did they ignore the request, but they pretended to add them and just stuffed the sandwich with lettuce instead. It feels like they’re cutting corners at every step — very cheap with ingredients and not worth the money at all. Order the foot-long combo and never received my bubbly try to go back in and get it, but they denied my request. Also staff very unfriendly.
The guy who is working has a very very good customer service . Definitely He deserves the position of Manager here. Very busy location. Should be 2-3 employees at once. He always gives me cookies free of cost with my regular sub and a drink as well. He is generous and very humble towards their customers. Should be giving more shift by the manager to him. Thanks
