Service sub par, not asking before placing sauces, also a bit passive aggressive for asking for additional topping of added item. ESL made communication difficult at times.

This was my second and final time trying this Subway, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. The first time, I clearly asked for less peri-peri, yet my entire sub was overloaded with it and completely inedible. The evening shift staff member is incredibly impolite. She seems to lack the basic skills required to take orders, frequently mishearing instructions, and responds with a rude demeanor when corrected. To make matters worse, she doesn't even bother to greet customers.
