Service great food prep was amazing
Nice customer service. Simran was helpful and did a great job. Everything was fast and smooth. Overall clean environment.
This is my second time visiting this Subway, and unfortunately I had the same experience with the same employee. She doesn’t greet customers or communicate professionally. On this visit, she added cheese to my sub without asking me first, which shouldn’t happen. Customer service is an important part of the experience, and I hope the staff receive better training on greeting customers and confirming ingredients before adding them. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience.
Always has polite staff and great staff.
