This store requires more training. I ordered a simple Pizza Melt through the uber app. Why did it take 45 minutes to make one sandwich at 11:30am? It wasn't even lunch rush. When I received my order, I was very disappointed. My sub wasn't made with any care. They added bits of olives to my order even though I didn't ask for them. The bread was squashed and the salami had a strange smell. I also noticed that they chuck massive chunks of vegetables into my sub. The lady who was taking my order was extremely rude. Was not customer friendly at all. Throwing my sandwich together And not having a good presentation. Not only that all the food was mixed together in the buffet. There was olives in the carrots. There was crab in the salami. And she put half a tub of pickles on my sandwich
The girl working at the store today at 1:40pm in black top ignored me twice as i asked her to claim my reward from subway app. And she cancelled my reward and said it is not available. She gave really bad look in front of all other customers and told me that i am not eligible. This is the second time that has happened that she has made me humiliated. She has ruined my day already.
