I placed an online order through the Subway app on 12/09/2025 for a chicken strips salad bowl with extra chicken and no onions (I have a serious onion allergy). When I picked up my order, I noticed it had onions, so I returned to the counter and politely asked for a new salad. The male staff member with curly hair offered to remove the onions or make a new one. I requested a fresh salad due to my allergy.
