The food is average and the service is okay however the 1 star is in relation to the wait times. I want to be clear that this negative feedback isnt about the staff - they're doing their best. Today afternoon I went to get my lunch from there, I waited for around 10-15 minutes in the line to get to front and they ask me to move and took order from the person behind me. I was shocked and felt so disrespectful. They told I cut the line which was not true. I went to the cashier and wanted a justification on why they did that. They were not giving a valid reason on why they did like that. Today for the first time I experienced discrimination after being in Australia for 1 year. Never going back
Charged double for my order
Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received. After commenting that the subway was so poorly made it would be impossible to eat without a huge mess, the staff told me, "how about you make it yourself, you think your so good at making sandwiches". I was going to pay and leave but is said if your manager could hear that you would be lucky to keep your job. The other staff chimed in, "nah he's safe, his brother is the manager" Absolutely disgusting. And I welcome to come discuss it with the owner.
