Pretty goof
Very disappointing experience. Half of the fillings fell out of my sandwich while it was being made, and instead of putting them back, the staff pushed them straight into the bin. When I asked them to add the missing fillings, I was met with attitude and a dismissive response. Poor customer service and very careless food preparation.
Ordered an online order Friday evening and it had a hand written thank you letter, the food was still hot and salad portions were exactly as my special request asked for (tomatoes cut in half,extra olives ect). Very happy with my order!
Nothing majorly wrong, but I just didn't enjoy my experience. Not to sound way too pedantic but my meatball sub only had 7 meatballs, I have been to many subways over the country and always received 8 meatballs, so in hindsight that was disappointing. I also got charged more than $15, now I'm not sure why it is higher than I have paid at other subways ($13.75 in June at Townsville), but yeah, website says $14.50 and I got not ad-ons so once again, not that deep but still bothered me.
