I placed an online order through the Subway app on 12/09/2025 for a chicken strips salad bowl with extra chicken and no onions (I have a serious onion allergy). When I picked up my order, I noticed it had onions, so I returned to the counter and politely asked for a new salad. I placed an online order recently and was very amazed with the customer service that Subway QUT provides. There was an issue with my original order and they had called me to let me know and the process went by smoothly. Shoutout to Aliza for handling the situation well. 5/5 stars
The food is average and the service is okay however the 1 star is in relation to the wait times. I want to be clear that this negative feedback isnt about the staff - they're doing their best. This review is to the manager doing the schedule...you need more than 3 people working at peak lunch time! The staff are flat out with online orders and so the F2F line moves incredibly slowly. Today afternoon I went to get my lunch from there, I waited for around 10-15 minutes in the line to get to front and they ask me to move and took order from the person behind me. I was shocked and felt so disrespectful. They told I cut the line which was not true. I went to the cashier and wanted a justification on why they did that. They were not giving a valid reason on why they did like that. Today for the first time I experienced discrimination after being in Australia for 1 year. Never going back
