I can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any. After a 10 hour drive, I see the sign and think “Subway sounds good”. I walk in and the gentleman behind the counter says, “Do you have an online order?” I said No, and he says he’s not serving any walk in customers. Fast and friendly
I received images from my Dasher showing roaches. I immediately instructed them to leave and canceled the order. This is completely unacceptable, and nothing is being done about it. People don’t even know this is happening and are still eating there—it’s disgusting. Close them down until they fix the infestation!!!
Terrible subs, ordered 6” cold cut combo supposed to have bologna, ham and salami, all turkey based, only had old bologna, hope I don’t get sick! 6” meatball was supposed to have provolone cheese only had sprinkle of Parmesan!
Food looks left open and somewhat brown cha ged what I wanted to what looked okay to eat.
