First time at a Subway in years, went on a Saturday afternoon. The young woman serving was lovely. She clearly takes pride in her work. The place was clean and fresh and the salad ingredients delicious. It would have been 5 stars but I only discovered afterwards that the $10 deal would include a drink and cookie, I only got the roll.
Needs to learn to put customer first. Management needs to take accountability.
Probably the worst subway I have been to. Minimal everything, even the bread is always 4 to 5 inch not 6. Put me off subway in general. Never again
I received a completely wrong order today. I ordered a foot-long chicken salad and paid extra for beetroot and avocado but was given a foot-long hot spicy salami with teriyaki sauce, even though my name was clearly written on the bag. My order had clearly been given to someone else, and it’s very disappointing that something so simple was completely incorrect with no way to simply call the store to get my correct order, as I was unable to reach the store as their phone was either off the hook or turned off!
