I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Subway in Ovid, and I have to say this 5-star review is only because of Miah. Miah is a breath of fresh air for this place! After new owners, years of neglect, and questionable food, it finally feels like they have hired someone who truly cares about the customer experience and this store. This place literally sucks I won’t be waisting anymore money here they have terrible service and they like to void sandwiches out of an order of two sandwiches but only void one?? Like that’s ridiculous. Stop giving this franchise business… not worth the time or money, the proof is there and shows. The food was very very below average, they have a staff of less then 7 people who can half make food and half cannot… my bread for my sandwich was literally burnt hard toast and the bread was not edible at all. People were pretty rude, And don't even know how to make a Dipper. Just handed me a cold pepperoni and cheese burrito basically. Like put it in the oven at least, and you know cut the flat bread in two.
