Ordered two jaffles, requested *no* tomatoes but tomatoes were still added. They were not even closed when toasted (even though they did not even appear toasted at all, apart from the cheese being slightly melted) and were placed in a box while still open as if they were a cheap homemade pizza, rather than a toasted sandwich. They were so inedible (though I tried one bite), that I did not even feel I could give them to my dogs.
They put basically no sauce on the sub, very dry and underwhelming
Idk what has happened to this place, but someone needs to get on the ball with ordering and prep levels. Coke is never available, I’m assuming it’s syrup out, but it’s been over 2 weeks. Lettuce not available tonight… tomato’s not available the other day. cookies are burnt lately…. we used to eat here 3x a week, and now we will likely just not return. Also, only a few staff ever smile… most look at you like they’re annoyed you’re there.
