Made a click and collect order here in June for 7pm. Upon taking the order home, I realised my salads were missing from my order. It was just meat, sauce and onions. Called back and asked for a manager to call back to resolve the issue as I couldn't return that evening. Have tried contacting the store 3x and raised enquires to Subway online to get a refund and have been ignored. Subway CS have also confirmed the request was sent to the store.
Had some problems with an online order, came in and a lovely guy helped us sort everything out and was very apologetic. He made sure we had everything we were after and gave the best customer service.
The brown girl who served me and made my sandwich did very good and was very quick with it
