The owner was very rude! The ingredients and the bread all seemed old. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life.
When you walk into a Subway, your first thought is usually about what sandwich you’re going to get and that’s exactly what I thought when I stepped into this one. But I left with something more than just a good meal. I met some new friends or at least that’s how the owners made me feel. They were incredibly kind to both me and my friend, who are both in college, and shared a bunch of funny stories that had us laughing the whole time. No surprise that this store rating is so low. First off the lady with a poor attitude wants to treat every customer like dirt, takes my coupon doesn’t want to tell me what sandwiches are excluded, takes 5 minutes to load the sandwich into the oven, then lets my sandwich get cold while heating the bacon, then I ask if I can add the happy Gilmore cup, argument ensues over not getting a happy Gilmore cup for an extra 1 cus I’m using a coupon, I ask where it says you can’t do that, it even says it’s included with the meal of the... read more
This is by far the worst subway that is still open in Minnesota. Always issues with something, whether that be equipment or some kind problem with their machines. I’ve tried going there the last three days because I work close. There has not been an employee working each day….I’m not sure how they’re still in business the way they continue to run. Please do yourself a favor and go to any other subway in town.
