January 12th I placed an online order for a sandwich. I got it on a gluten free bun and even put it in the notes gluten free. I picked it up before heading to school all day. When I went to eat my sandwich, I discovered it was NOT gluten free. It was Italian. I’ve had the gluten free bun many times and never had this happen. The young lady working was nice, even though there was a little line up ...she kept composure and made small talk with everyone and had a great attitude.
TERRIBLE SERVICE I stood at counter and was ignored while the women on staff continued prepping 6 sheets off bread to bake. When I asked for service I was told to wait while she continued prepping bread.. So I left, and will not be back.
I have absolutely no issues or complaints against any Subway I visited The food was great The staff is always nice,well they are to me The price is reasonable for the sub you get Cheers to the staff of Subway….
