So they deleted my last review. I ordered a 6 inch flatbread steak and bacon, and she put half the meet of a normal sub in it and then rolled it into this "Sub". I Paid $13 for this and it's absolutely ridiculous. (Pepsi for scale). Cant tell you how mad i was too when i went back in to ask about it and she told me "It's because I got less meat". This location needs to be shut down. They do not use proper hygiene when making sandwiches. Lady scratches forehead just before grabbing condiments to put on sandwich. She was asked to change her gloves before proceeding. Refused to put decent toppings on sub. Footlong and she only put 3 small scoops of tuna. Bread was old, and hard. I've tried to make several complaints to subway Canada but they keep submitting it to her and she keeps ignoring the issue in refusing to take accountability. Incredibly sub-par.
*UPDATE* May 24, 2025 This place is really gone downhill. We only come here because we just live up the street and it's just convenient but I will be driving the extra 5 to 10 minutes to go elsewhere from this point forward. Not only were there flies everywhere, the vegetables look like they had been frozen and thawed out. Everything was out and when we asked for more she refused to bring any more out.
