Absolutely perfect visit - fresh and friendly! Stopped in on a busy weekday afternoon expecting a wait, but the service was surprisingly quick and efficient. The employee who made my sandwich was incredibly friendly and asked all the right questions about toppings and sauces. The bread was fresh and warm, and all the veggies looked crisp. A completely smooth and satisfying experience. This is how Subway should always be.

There was a girl employee assisting me few days ago, when I came in to purchase a salad. I was waiting at the counter for approximately 4–5 minutes while she was in the back, and when she came out, she was on a phone call. After ending the call, she did not wash her hands or apologize for the delay and immediately started preparing my sandwich. I really dislike having to come to this Subway location, but it’s the closest one to my house being only 3 minutes away. The service here is consistently disappointing. The older woman who works there always seems to be in such a rush and never smiles or even looks at me, and it shows in how she handles the creation of my sandwiches. I had to ask for my sandwiches to be toasted.. something I thought was standard for them to confirm with customers.
