Today around 3:40 I visited in subway in Epping plaza shopping centre. It was very bad experience . Front Indian lady was showing attitude She doesn’t offer me any sauce just quickly warp. Like I can’t explain her rubbish attitude . I told her don’t show me attitude am your customer she just keep .and state ways I left my foot there.didn’t buy. Both was indian lady……
I placed an order today at 3:30 PM and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The staff were not friendly and, when I politely requested to change my bread option, my request was denied without a proper explanation. What was more concerning was the staff member's rude attitude and lack of professionalism—she wasn’t even wearing a name badge, which made it difficult to identify her. Donna served me and gave me the most wonderful experience and was so sweet!
The service is not good. The staff didn’t wrap the sub properly.
