Couldn't be better
Just went in to Nerang store …. Worst service I have ever had… staff member needs to be sacked she just told us she only woke up 20 minutes ago… no excuse horrible 😩💯
I visited this store at around 7pm tonight and was disappointed with the experience. Although the store does not close until 8pm, I was told toasted sandwiches were unavailable because the toaster had already been turned off for cleaning. Considering a large portion of the menu is intended to be toasted, this was frustrating and not what I would expect from a store still open for another hour. The staff member was also unfriendly and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her by ordering while the store was still open.... read more
Lazy attempt at making my sub and was overcharged. Also touched my food after using cleaning product. Usually pretty good here but was not happy with this experience.
Usually this shop makes a high quality sandwich but today the bread was stale. Hopefully the quality is not dropping. I go there every week but would stop if the bread was stale again.
