Just wanted to leave a review for Landen who served my family of 5. My kids were being indecisive of what they wanted to eat and Landon worked very patiently with us and had a positive attitude the entire time. More people like this in the service industry would be a massive plus. Plus he made sandwiches really good.
This review is for all 5 subways in Mount Vernon and Burlington. They are all owned by the same man named Vic. I used to be a such a regular customer but his management and customer service is more than sad. I am a reasonable person with reasonable expectations. I was misled, ignored, sent on a merry go round just to get a response to my concern. I was dismissed, and was told I would be contacted but never happened.
