Every other employee was great, but witnessed a male employee at the front answer his phone, stand talking on his phone at the front, and then go back to making sandwiches without changing his gloves. Also ridiculous that at a SUBWAY I can’t put what I WANT on the nachos. I’m paying so who cares?
I was with my daughters and your employe Stephanie called one of my daughters fat and to hit the gym . This was Friday March 14 ,2025. This is what your prompting rude customers service !
The only thing fresh today was the bag of chips. My bread was hard and so were the cookies. Also the app selection doesn’t match what they have in store. They don’t have the pretzels and received hard cookies instead.
Did a pick up order, there was more sauce than bread and it was smashed, not good.
