my recent order at Sunway at night the staff member is doing cleaning and use same gloves for making food subs and wrap use same gloves dirty. While my food was being prepared, I noticed that the staff member was using dirty and unhygienic gloves. Order two veggie petty footlongs on uber and both them are missing from cheese salt pepper and sauces. Even the person did not send the receipt so as a result we can not share ffedback to the subway about this bad practices. Tried to call them no answer. Worst subway i have ever. If i get a chance then i will caught this person and record what he or she is doing.

Tonight I went to the subway Fulham and I was picking my order, I waited for 30 mins. The service is very bad and too slow. At that time there was a guy he has a gourmet on his head.

To improve: Their oven is not working. Second time I'm here and the veggie patty is cold even though it was "toasted". Very frustrating. Restaurant area/lobby lacks care. Generous serve of salt and pepper which is not good. ------- Good/ok: Amount of veg in the sandwich Kind staff but might be a bit distracted sometimes
