Completely rude service. I wasn’t even greeted and when the employee did speak it was hostile and with unnecessary irritation. Keep in mind, I was the only customer there being waited on also. I think people working in customer service should keep in mind that they are providing a service that customers are paying for, and your role is to pleasant and give a nice experience. I haven’t been in the Alma, Michigan location in quite some time and wow what a makeover
The veggies were partially frozen & appeared white in color (tomatoes and green peppers) Honey mustard was watery. 🤮 My bread was soggy by the time I arrived home 10 minutes after purchasing my cold cut combo
