We ordered a sandwich online because my partner was craving one. She went to pick it up, and I completely understand that the employee needed to see the order confirmation. The problem was that the food court has poor reception, so it took my partner a moment to load the confirmation. That does not justify raising your voice at a customer or treating them as if they were trying to steal a $12 sandwich. It was an unnecessary and disrespectful experience. Very disappointing customer service. We won’t be coming back.
Flossie was fab at her job. As I am a vegetarian she remembers and changed her gloves every time and even sanitise the knife as well. I believe she deserves the best customer service award. I truely appreciate your service today.
By far the worst Subway ive ever been to Worse portion sizes possible. You order a footlong, and they put meager amounts on it Any time you say Can I get more you get told that it costs extra What happened to more salad topping not costing extra?
