Super disappointing. Ordered on the subway app tonight. I ordered classic chicken not toasted. I received a schnitzel of some description and the bread was toasted. Additionally, I ordered this in a combo and the cookies and drink weren’t packed in the order and the cookies on my order were not available.
Online orders of massive amounts of food cause 10+ minute delays in store for customers.
3 guys on sunday 19th October great service , great food. I work at a subway store so Iam really fuzzy about my sub . The guys nailed it. Would be a return customer if I lived closer . Thanks Guys you rock...🤘
Staff lacks basic manners like saying thank you, very rude .
I placed an online order for my children, but when I arrived at the store, the staff member told me there was no record of my order. A minute later, he located it, but instead of fulfilling it, he cancelled the order right in front of me without any explanation or prior notice. Not only did this leave my children without the food I had arranged, but the manner in which I was spoken to was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional.
