I am a Muslim and it’s very obvious to the naked eye and I ordered a chicken sandwich and after she pourd the chicken I asked if it was halal now keep in mind I didn’t even get a chance to ask before she put the chicken on and so she says it’s not halal and I tell her to cancel the order and she says no so I had to pay $11 dollars for a sandwich which I couldn’t even eat
** 1-Star Review** Extremely disappointing experience. The staff here are rude and unprofessional. Even at the original price, they barely put any ingredients in the sandwich — I was given *one* tomato slice in a footlong. When I asked them to make it properly, they added just one more slice and then charged me an extra $2. nothing better than having staff not be able to understand me, walked out middle of my order
Kindly please educate your staff to be friendly. They were very rude. They were preparing my order, when my bread was getting toasted, they started to make another order, so I requested them to change their gloves while preparing my order. The rude girl said yah we usually change. After that conversation she was not happy and rude throughout my order, i also requested to maka bit spicy, she made extra spicy. Ordered a white chicken classic, mozzarella, lettuce spinach tomato garlic aioli to take away and look what I got instead (see photo). I hate olives with a passion ! I even asked the worker to make sure it was mine and she said all good.. ordered on 27/12/25 at 12:43pm pacific Werribee food court next to kfc
