Kindly please educate your staff to be friendly. They were very rude. They were preparing my order, when my bread was getting toasted, they started to make another order, so I requested them to change their gloves while preparing my order. Ordered a white chicken classic, mozzarella, lettuce spinach tomato garlic aioli to take away and look what I got instead (see photo). I hate olives with a passion ! Staff is so rude and unprofessional especially dev kaur. She has no sense of customer service skills, is rude and doesn’t take accountability. I ordered a meal and when it gets to payment the card machine wasn’t working. Instead of checking the machine like I asked they blamed it on me. I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had today with one of your staff members named Simmu (as shown on her name badge). When I requested onions to be added, a few pieces fell outside the tray. I politely asked why she picked them up from the dirty board, and instead of handling the situation professionally, she responded rudely and with a poor attitude.
