Very disappointing experience at this Subway. I had requested toasted bread, but it came out hardly warm or toasted. On top of that, a staff member (Aman) changed my order without informing me, and when I asked about it, she was extremely rude and even threatened to call security instead of giving an explanation. Another staff member was polite but still refused to remake the order or provide a refund. This shows a serious lack of customer service skills and proper training. Staff is too rude if we ask to put anything in the sub , staff looks at us in an awkward way staff is really very rude and i ordered veg foot long sub that costed me 22$ Seriouslyyy!!!
Staff is very unprofessional
They put literally very little salad.. seems like a joke really. ..
Extremely unprofessional. I waited in the queue for 5 mins which is fine. The moment Nidhi came to make my sub the first she said me to ‘order fast’. Didn’t wrap my subs properly. Didn’t mark the sub when I asked her to. Kept rolling her eyes and sighing. Didn’t take off the gloves while using the till.
