Went in tonight with my two daughters and had a really disappointing experience. The younger employee who helped with the meat and cheese was great. Friendly, efficient, and did his job well. Unfortunately, the older gentleman working the veggie station was extremely rude. When my daughters asked for extra veggies, he acted like it was an unreasonable request and responded with an attitude that was completely unnecessary. It made them visibly uncomfortable. Wilted vegetables, the guy doesn’t seem to care about the food or freshness, plus he is rude!
The team made a great sandwich on fresh bread. It was so soft! They took great detail in adding toppings for a perfect sandwich
The worker tried pressuring me ordering off the menu instead of making my own sandwich. Ridiculous customer service, obviously learned his social skills from a brick wall. Corporate needs to know about the way this location is.
