Today me and my friend ordered a couple of subs, and when we asked to make them into a combo, the staff member became visibly irritated and spoke to us in a very frustrated manner. It was quite disappointing and made the experience uncomfortable. Customer service is an important part of the job, and interactions like this leave a poor impression. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
Worst staff... I bought 3 cookies and they decided to give me 2 and 1/3. When I went back and asked for a replacement, the guy threw another in my bag without saying anything as if I were the one making a big deal... While ordering the salad, the guy was also impatient and snobby.
Worst service ever. The male staff member working this morning was extremely rude and impatient. He had a terrible attitude and was very careless with the food, basically tossing the ingredients onto my sandwich. Never stepping foot in here again!
I had a very bad experience with this Subway outlet. The packing and service were extremely poor. I had just picked up my order and stepped outside the store when the food fell out of the bag because it wasn’t packed properly. The entire sub opened up, and all the sauces and vegetables spilled everywhere. Everything got completely messed up. This is the best subway in Australia by far the workers are quick clear and make the subways nicely and don’t just throw the stuff on it very kind as well
