Worst staff... I bought 3 cookies and decided to give myself 2 and 1/3. When I went back and asked for a replacement, the guy threw another in my bag without saying anything as if I were the one making a big deal... While ordering the salad, the guy was also impatient and snobby.
Saw an office guy get treated so rudely over nachos lunch time today 12:25, he was offering to pay extra for his small requests mind u, the male worker here (seemed to be some manager he was speaking over everyone) certainly had the attitude. needs a real check, will be writing to head office. Never seen such poor customer service wake up to yourself.
Ran out of all bread options instead of one. No cookies. Very stingy with the fillings.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, especially one specific male employee with a terrible attitude. I visited twice, ordered a Footlong Turkey both times, and had awful experiences: First visit: He refused a simple request to cut my footlong in half. He gave me extreme attitude and only reluctantly cut it when I asked for paper to do it myself. Second visit: I clearly ordered a footlong cut in half.
