I recently had a very disappointing experience with one of your stores. I placed an order twice, and both times, my sub was not made correctly. When I called the store to address the issue, I was simply told, “Sorry, we can’t do anything.” This level of service is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be prepared correctly, and if mistakes happen, I expect the store to take responsibility and offer a solution.
I ordered a footling chicken snitzel and asked for a little sauce but sadly my sub was drenched and ruined, the bag it was wrapped in was falling apart before I even got to the sub. Very disappointing. Was hoping to pay for something I could eat
