Teriyaki chicken and all salads, genuinely impressive that they managed to use 10+ ingredients, and the sub still looks like it’s empty. Pathetic. As if being in Mowbray isn’t bad enough..
Ordered from the Subway app around 12:15 pm, delivery promised by 1–1:15 pm. The order kept getting rescheduled multiple times with no clear reason. Store blamed DoorDash, DoorDash blamed the store — complete chaos and zero accountability. Spent over 3.5 hours calling both sides and got nothing but false assurances. In the end, the store stopped answering calls altogether. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service. Special note: If there was a minus rating option, I’d use it — worst customer experience ever.
Ordered online, asked for extra pickles. I have the receipt that proves I asked for extra pickles. I got two pickles. Two slices. For a $20 sandwich you would think they can give you more than two tiny pickles. Never ordering from here again.
