Rude staff. I don’t have option for 0 star if I get then I gave 0 star specifically for a lady serve at counter at Mowbray store. She was not happy to serve me. I ask her white bread she was acting like not understanding and then another 2 girls ask same thing she understood that. She put my bread on side and start serves others. She understood everything that I can see. Bad experience today I had at store.

Teriyaki chicken and all salads, genuinely impressive that they managed to use 10+ ingredients, and the sub still looks like it’s empty. Pathetic. As if being in Mowbray isn’t bad enough..

Ordered from the Subway app around 12:15 pm, delivery promised by 1–1:15 pm. The order kept getting rescheduled multiple times with no clear reason. Store blamed DoorDash, DoorDash blamed the store — complete chaos and zero accountability. Spent over 3.5 hours calling both sides and got nothing but false assurances. In the end, the store stopped answering calls altogether. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service. Special note: If there was a minus rating option, I’d use it — worst customer experience ever.
