This subway has gone very downhill, not sure if the workers just aren’t being trained or can’t read an order, but the past couple of times I have ordered online they have got both my subs extremely wrong. Including wrong ingredients, adding ingredients I never ordered. Most recent one being they added cucumbers and bbq sauce into my sub though it says neither on the receipt. I am very disappointed in the service here and the management of messed up order. Will tell all my friends and family to steer clear of the pakenham store
The customer service in here needs heaps of improvement.
Waited 30 minutes to even order after watching her do 17 uber eats orders, then when it came my time to order they were out of the stuff I wanted
