terrible customer service the lady is rude and always gets what cookies I want wrong or gives me too much then what I asked for. food is sometimes good but other times it is not fresh at all
**!!!Do not go here if gluten intolerant or coeliac!!*** Manager rude and kicked us out of the line to serve 7 people behind us first despite us saying we only wanted gluten free and weren't coeliac. Manager didn't care and was rude. Told us to wait until everyone else was served then they'd serve us. No apologies at all, will not be back
I had a very rude lady on call with me today. I had a Indian lady that was rude and hang up on me because she couldn’t understand what I was saying. I have called twice today about making a order as I’m highly allergic to tomato’s and she didn’t even care about it. She kept saying order online. I have had a terrible experience with that lady and don’t think anyone should be spoken to like that.
Went to order from my school and a black-haired lady was very rude and disrespectful
