Absolute clown show of a store. Made a mistake on my order by forgetting both drinks. When I called they promised a credit, but never put it through. I emailed as well through the Subway site and they responded with a generic "I will speak with the team so we can improve for you" message, but when I asked about my credit they ghosted me.
Hasmeen made my experience absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure my sandwich was just right. Her warm and welcoming attitude made the whole visit enjoyable, and her attention to detail really stood out. I can’t recommend her enough – service like hers is rare!”
