I've been to this subway a few times and every time I've been the staff are rude. I've seen them ignore customers because they're too busy on their phones and when they do talk to you they can barely speak English. it makes the whole process very difficult and frustrating. There is only 1 worker there that I've spoken to who can actually communicate properly in english and knows what she's doing the rest shouldn't be working with the public at least not in Australia. Im a regular customer and I am so dissapointed. Staff are so rude and never greet customers properly, and the pricing is so expensive, when subway should be a cheap grab and go food. Every time, I've come into the store no one is there to serve me and there always sitting on there phones or talking. There's been a few times where I've had to repeat myself several times for the workers to understand what I want in my sub, it's subway! Can't be that hard. A few days back, I went there the girl in trainee was super nice and helpful. I would definitely go there again.
