I was not given the option to choose the tip. The employee selected a 20% tip for my to-go order without my consent…
Most of the time I would have put a 5 star for all of them but today I went in and ordered a sub and the new nachos they had. The man working was by himself, very rude, slow to complete the order, and didn’t make my sub correctly. The veggies had the frost you find in the back of the freezer. My sandwhich fell apart as soon as I ate it. They had no pretzels prepped. Half of the cookies were completely empty. I usually enjoy this subway but today was not it.
