Need staff with better English, to improve customer service
The staff has a large order before us as well as a drive through order. I wish I got served by the two staff on floor who actually could do their job. Instead I got the staff member who couldn’t listen to instructions, talked so quietly and honestly made me uncomfortable. Using the same knife to cut and fold your sandwiches is fine when the other staff did it, as they would clean the knife inbetween sandwiches. Unfortunately for me I get to stomach the previous customers order smooshed into mine.
Who ever they have on taking order in the drive thru 11/12/25 needs to be sacked. Her attitude is disgusting. She just dosnt want to be there, do her job or even try being nice. Literally sucked the goodness out of my day
