Ordered dinner there tonight and the 3 staff members that were there looked about 12, definitely didn't wanna be there by the looks of their facial expressions and attempt of "customer service". No manager/adult in sight. Food was also cold when we got home. This happens here far too often. Get your act together!!!!
Ordered 5 footlong sandwiches, cost $83.80. 2 with +++++ pepper got the combination salt pepper and the sandwich was soooo salty. We never order with salt. Called the store and because the daughter was hungry she ate hers. The husband stomached half. He got his replaced and the daughter didn't even get offered a cookie for inconvenience.The daughter is now feeling very unwell. We will not be ordering from THE INTERSECTION again. The staff are trying, but they're constantly under-staffed for the demand they're under with the drive through as well as the counter. I'm not sure if they can't get people or what, but if they're staffing this way just to save on the coin, they're hurting themselves and not too slowly.
