Drove through and waited in the drive thru twice before I walked inside to order. Asked if anyone was on drive thru and was told “yeah but we have customers here”, one of which was walking in the first time I drive thru so arrived after me. When asked why no one bothered to say something to indicate they were even there, let alone busy, was told “sorry I have it on my neck now” with a smirk, and then told they don’t have to serve me if I’m going to be rude. ☆☆☆☆ Paid extra for a total mess Total waste of money today. Order was completely butchered despite confirming it at the window (missing salads, missing extra paid olives, and cold, uncooked meat). Taking it back was a joke—the staff were clearly annoyed at having to do their jobs. The remade subs looked like a crime scene. Absolutely pathetic service and food quality
Delivery- not bad just I think they need to be a bit more generous with the meat and add more I could hardly see any at all other than that not too bad .
Absolutely no care or attention given to the way our meals were made. Nachos looked like dog Frazzled with absolutely nothing on it and zero fs given. Went in on the 20/7/26.
on sunday i was served by a wonderful employee called abby, she was great with the kids and was a overall delight, the food was spectacular and she deserves a raise!!!!!!!
