Placed an order for delivery the website put it through as pick up. When I called the store to cancel the order to get my refund I was told they can't do anything they are busy and hung up on me. The most vile service I have ever experienced. Now I either have to take it higher up or dispute it with the bank. If I could give 0 stars i would.
If I could give negative stars, I truly would. The deception bay store has gone to absolute shit since the new owners bought it over a year ago, the workers dont listen to specifics and they really try not to put any salads on, you're lucky if you get 5 pieces of anything. I really miss the old workers who were there, especially the girl with coloured hair! She remembered what I ordered off heart
Aarti is so amazing at making a sub so much care goes into it, best sub ever. Taste so good
