I am very frustrated with this store. I have ordered the same sandwich three times and I have yet to get my order as I ordered and more importantly, I am not getting the product I paid money for. As you can see I ordered a veggie sandwich. There is maybe 1/8 of a cup of shredded lettuce and maybe 4-6 pieces of spinach and a total of 4 tomatoes on a foot long sandwich, no oil and vinegar and no cucumbers. I usually leave about 80%ish good reviews at places, and only 20%ish negative. But, this most certainly deserves a negative review. The employee barely put any ingredients on the sandwich even when I said "extra ____ please", as in, "extra pickles" etc. Had to ask for "extra" 2 times on most toppings, just to get a regular amount. They also acted annoyed the entire time and they were extremely unfriendly, even though it wasn't busy. (I was actually the only customer in the store.) The staff was a little slow because they wanted to gossip to eachother instead of working, but the servings were great. I love the new peppercorn sauce.
NO MORE KIOSK!!
The place is always clean. Place has changed to order on self serve kiosks, no interacting with employees. Employees must not be able to read the screen on their side because more often than not, I end up with a sandwich that is not correct. Imagine ordering to go, not checking, and seeing you have something very different than what you ordered.
